The important stat to remember is that the Giants finished last season 2-5-1 and still made the playoffs, What that tells us is that the Giants can survive a 2-5 stretch.
They found a way to win ugly in this game. They got up 14 and looked to be in the drivers seat. Multiple turnovers and missed turnover chances made this game closer than it should. The Commanders really let this game get away. They had a chance to basically end the Giants playoff hopes. They came out flat and were dominated by the Giants. Even after the Giants opened the door for them to steal the game they couldn’t. This is a devastating loss for them.
