Northwestern travels to play the 21st-ranked team in the country, the Duke Blue Devils. Week 1 was rough for Northwestern, but last week, they demolished UTEP 38-7 and we think Duke is overvalued due to a Clemson win that was more Clemson playing wrong than Duke playing good. Duke should win this game but at 18.5 points, we don’t see Duke’s offense being that explosive versus a defense that only allows 300 yards per game and passes the ball well. We like Northwestern +18.5 its a risk but we think they are improving and get some motivation to put up a fight versus Duke.
