We began writing this article before the Commanders vs Ravens even ended. We did this because it really doesn’t even matter who wins or loses it. The big takeaway from the game is that the Commanders actually look pretty good.
It starts with Sam Howell.

Howell looked very good. This included a 2-minute drill touchdown drive.
The media has pushed a narrative that this team is in disarray and there are problems in the locker room. This doesn’t seem to be the case really at all.
The Commanders might not be great this year, there of course, is a chance they are bad.
However, if I’m a Commanders fan I’m feeling pretty good about this team. They were a win against the Giants last year from making the playoffs. If they take a slight step forward, they might be in the race for the playoffs again in the weaker NFC.
